Acceptance of Terms & Legal Framework
By accessing, browsing, registering as a member, or utilizing any services provided on the PRODIKPI platform (www.prodikpi.or.id / application services), you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are formulated in compliance with Laws of the Republic of Indonesia, specifically Law No. 1 of 2024 (Second Amendment to Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions - UU ITE), Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), Law No. 12 of 2012 on Higher Education, Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 on Electronic Systems and Transactions (PP PSTE), as well as international standard frameworks ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security Management Systems) and SNI ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems).
Institutional Scope & Membership Eligibility
PRODIKPI serves as the national legal association uniting accredited Diploma Three (D3) and Applied Bachelor (D4 / Sarjana Terapan) Higher Education programs in Finance and Banking across Indonesian universities and polytechnics.
Intellectual Property Rights & Licensing (UU No. 28/2014)
All materials published on the PRODIKPI platform—including national Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) matrices, D3/D4 vocational competency maps, standardized curricula, official Minutes of Agreement (Berita Acara), research publications, journals, multimedia assets, graphics, and logos—are the protected intellectual property of PRODIKPI and/or its contributing member universities under Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyrights. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, scraping, automated data harvesting, or modification without explicit written consent from PRODIKPI Executive Board is strictly prohibited.
User Conduct & Security Compliance (ISO/IEC 27001)
Users must adhere to strict security protocols in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 control standards:
- Users shall maintain confidentiality of account credentials and are solely responsible for actions performed under their authentication tokens.
- System abuse, including SQL injection, denial-of-service attempts, cross-site scripting (XSS), credential stuffing, or bypassing access limitations is forbidden and punishable under Articles 30-33 of UU ITE.
- Users warrant that all submitted documents, data forms, and research papers do not contain plagiarized material, defamation, or malicious code.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The platform and all contents are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While PRODIKPI maintains quality management procedures compliant with SNI ISO 9001:2015, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free execution, or complete accuracy of third-party institutional inputs. Under no circumstances shall PRODIKPI be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your platform usage or inability to access academic records.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through deliberate consensus (Musyawarah). If an amicable settlement is not reached within 60 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Sleman / Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
